About the Role

As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for both new customer acquisition and existing customers, focusing on developing the business and creating added value. You are constantly looking for new business opportunities and actively participating in various networks. The role involves a strong focus on prospecting and approaching new customers, while we place great importance on maintaining and nurturing our existing customer relationships to always be the customer's first choice. You work towards budget and contribute to achieving our high goals. You collaborate closely with your colleagues to match the right candidate with the right customer. For us, goal tracking and weekly KPI reviews are a natural part of our work, in line with our ambition to continuously develop. Who are you?

You have good knowledge of the local business community and are skilled at building relationships with customers. You are goal-oriented, business-minded, and have the ability to work systematically without giving up in the face of setbacks. With a solution-oriented approach and a positive attitude, you are a team player who is driven to succeed together with your team and maintains a high level of activity.

A driver's license and access to a car are necessary for the position.
